Research On Modern Enterprise Financial Risk Management

Along with the rapid development of science and technology, fast increase of new industries, obvious trend of internationalization, and fierce global competition, enterprises are facing with a daily changing environment leading financial risk management and the relevant techniques are concerned more and more. It is crucial for every company to avoid and handle financial risk, improve enterprise value. Integrating enterprise financial risk management thoughts into financial management, to form financial risk management theory is undoubtedly a significant breakthrough for traditional financial management follow up the trend. For companies, constant value creation is the most important to achieve the goal of enterprise value optimization. To achieve this goal, we need to analyze, evaluate and manage financial risk oriented to serve value creation. With this consideration, this thesis broadens new view of enterprise financial risk management.Starting with the relationship between value creation and financial risk, this thesis analyzes the relations between financing risks, investment risk and distribution risk in financial risks and enterprise value respectively. Secondly, This thesis mainly in the research scholars from home and abroad on the basis of combining the financial risks of changes in circumstances and my conclusion of the study, listed companies with the Shandong samples, conduct a quantitative analysis to the degree of financial risk in China in recent years. This thesis makes use of measurable indexes in earning ability, solvency ability, capacities of assets management and growth ability and Z model of Altman to form modern enterprises financial risks evaluation system. Meanwhile, F model and Z model are used to make comparison and revision to evaluate enterprise financial risk implementing results more effectively. The research reaches the final conclusion on the targets of financial risk management including value creation, maintaining the sustainable competitive advantage and value optimization for enterprises. Lastly, from a financial point of view, the breakthrough finance constraints, it conducts the management and control to the financial risk, especially on the financing risk and investment risk has been a redefinition of the content and division, enriching the financial risk management new areas in recent years. Financial risk management skills figure out the degree of financial risk, which provides the basis of enterprise financial risk analysis and evaluation. This thesis mainly analyzes the financial risk measurement and management.As enterprises are facing a more and more complex and national environment, research on enterprise financial risk management will surely have long-term research valuation.
