The Comparison Research On Enterprise Theory Between Marxism And The New Institutionalism

The enterprise is the basis of micro-economy. It matters the production and reproduction of material and economy relationship. The solution to the enterprise reform has a direct effect to the success of socialist economy system. However, since 1990s, the new institutional economics has been spreading quickly in China, which is regarded as a key to enterprise system by somebody. Whereas, persistence to the guideline of Marxism enterprise theory is even more important. Therefore, Firstly, the thesis compares the origin, characteristic, scale and property right structure of the two enterprise theories, proving the correctness of Marxism enterprise theory and the ridiculousness of the new institutional economics. Secondly, the thesis analyzes the deep-layer differences of the theory from the angles of research objectives, methodology, social background etc. Lastly, by combining with the market economy situation, the thesis puts forward the important significance of Marxism enterprise theory to the reform of socialist economy system.
