The Stratagem Of 24^th Winter Universiade On The Winter Event Tourism In Harbin

As an important method to increase the local tourism economical incoming and to prompt the inter-industry competition advantage, The sport event became a hot spot for researcher and governor in the last several decades. The 24th Winter Universiade in Harbin is anothter world-wide sports events hold in our country after the 2008 Beijing Olympic. It provides a good opportunity to improve the popularity of Harbin for its ice&snow tourism.The aim of this paper is to find a way to improve the ice&snow tourism of Harbin. The philology, comparison, expertise, strategic and logic are adapted in this paper to study how to take the advantage of the uncommon chance to maintain the preponderance in both Winter sports and ice&snow tourism and to integrate the ice&snow resources to develop them both. The paper was comprised by the following four part:Part 1: preface , in this part the background and the meaning of the work in this paper is present, the current developing stage of winter sports and ice&snow tourism both in-home and abroad is Summarized, the connotation and characteristic of winter sports and ice&snow tourism is generalized.Part 2: the method used in this paper is introduced, which are philology, comparison, expertise, strategic and logic.Part 3:the main part of this thesis, including the following three aspects: (1) apply the SWOT analysis to research the development stage and issue to be solved of ice&snow tourism in Harbin. (2)base on the researches about the sports events' effect on the hosting city , analyze the effect of the 24^th Winter Universiade on Harbin in both positive and negative sides. (3) according to the situation of Harbin, provide some advise on how to take the advantage of the good chance to improve the ice&snow tourism.Part 4: conclusion , summarization the research results.This thesis provide some theory advice on how to promote the popularization of Harbin in its ice&snow tourism and to integrate the ice&snow resources of this city. The research result in this paper can also be used as a case to analyze the effect of sport events on the tourism industry of the hosting city.
