Research On Production Planning And Controlling System Of Job Shop Of HT Company

With the diversification and individualization of market demand , job shop manufacturing has been one of the main production mode in industrial enterprises .The main characteristic of this mode is that it can meet diversified demand of the market relatively in a flexible way, but at the same time it brings a great deal of difficulties to production and machine management, for example, the products are wide in varieties, and the output has nothing in common with each other, the architect route is not the same either, the plan and control of production is more and more difficult, this needs a production planning and management system to meet the practical requirements.At first, this paper described the production status of Precision Machining Workshop of Company HT. Then it analyzes the existing problem of job shop. Through studying of these problems, the author introduced the MRP II, JIT and TOC theory. This paper established the production planning and control system model which based on the theory of constraints after analyzing the the advantages and disadvantages of the three theories. This model Categories production tasks according to the production cycle time and delivery time. When production tasks are divided into groups, the production cycle and the time of delivery are as two-dimensional constraint conditions. The production tasks in one group use the same production schedule. This system arranges Long-period production schedules and Short-cycle production schedule with MRPII theory and JIT theory. Then it search system conflicts links and disposes them with TOC related technology. If the conflicts are not solved, the system would use coordination mechanisms. This paper aims to design workshop production plan and contral system. It also studied system network and its integration with the CAPP system. At last, the paper introduced the scheme of Implementation and operation effect.
