The Business Process Reengineering And Information System Layout Of Weinan Unicom High Valuable Client Administration

With the increasing development of China telecom, business competition is from supplying fairly qualified network resources to providing difference service that is to improve customer satisfaction and honesty by offering high quality service in content, mode, thought, strategy and quality. However, high valuable client is an important and strategy resource to telecom enterprise which needs strengthening client administration to promote enterprise key competition and income gain by prolonging enterprise sustainable development ability.This paper is from high valuable client administration of Weinan Unicom, and, with investigation and analysis, has shown that, in high valuable client business process of Weinan Unicom, there are several faults that can be modified by BPR administration mode containing high valuable client classfication, personal demand analysis, making personal demand plan, sale, afer service, and business process interface content and related department duty by giving BPR solution ways and information technology system plans with BPR implementation of advice, method and model. In addition, with respect to relation of inTab.ation technology and BPR, this paper has made a plan of high valuable client IT administration system to Weinan Unicom to support high valuable client administration reengineering after researching sustainable architechture of high valuable client business process reengineering.This paper has creatively presented six-step mode of BPR administration and material plan, with most operable implementation significance, and will be considerably helpful to both service vocation, and high valuable client BPR administration of telecom enterprise.
