With new power plants are completed and put into operation, electric power is in a surplus situation in China in recent years. From the development vision, the emphases of power supply enterprises should be shifted to the power grid construction and services work well. And a market-oriented and customer-focused service awareness should be established for electricity market maintenance, healthy and steady growth.This paper discusses service quality related theory, which is the definition and composition of service quality, as well as service quality model, proposed how to conduct electricity service quality management, constructed assess model of power supply service quality, designed electricity service quality survey, and carried on empirical analysis of electricity service quality evaluation in Leshan Electric Power Bureau of Sichuan Province.In this paper, the purpose was to study impact factors on service quality, built quality electricity services model, and analyzed service status of Leshan Electric Power Bureau of Sichuan Province, so as to improve the level of power supply services.
