Manufacturing Industrial Gather Appropriate Warning And Shift Strategy-Case Study Of The Yangtze River Delta

Industrial clustering is inter-industry activities or industrial activities within the geographical centralization, is the best way to reflect their geographical focus groups in the economic phenomenon of a concept. Historical reasons lead to the unreasonable industrial distribution before the reform and the open policy, and after years of development, the industrial structure is still plagued our government. Industrial clustering theory as a part of the industrial distribution, who is great research value.In this paper, gather and related theoretical study recalled that the proposed industrial clustering appropriate concept, and use it as the starting point, the manufacturing industry through the aggregation and conformation with the quantitative analysis, using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to 29 provinces (not including Tibet, Qinghai, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) as the research object, select appropriate weight to specific sectors of the manufacturing industry and the efficiency of the scale of assessment. On the basis of this exploration of the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing industries concentrated moderate problems.The results show that a nationwide industrial clustering is appropriate. The Yangtze River Delta with the internal structure remains obvious that the internal transfer of industries will continue. A handful of industries will be transferred to the Midwest. From economic considerations, the textiles industry is most likely transferred to the low labor costs and resource endowment superior Ningxia; paper industry to Chongqing, Hunan and Hubei; transport equipment industry transferred to Hainan and Guangxi; ferrous metal smelting transferred to Gansu and so on.
