| During the 11th five-year plan, the State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) proposed a one-strong-three-excellent strategy development target according to the new lay of power supplies innovation and development. It also fully actualized itself in collectivization operation, intensive development and fine refinement management, set up collectivization operation mode which took headquarters as core part, improved the informationization construction. All these actions fully supported SGCC's strategic targets and made it a fast-healthy development. Bozhou Power Supply Company is one of the basic units of SGCC. Its recent tasks and targets of inforationization construction are how to carry out policies and sprites of SGCC and Anhui Electric Power Corporation and two shifts about Digital Grid and Informationization Company.First, this paper analyzes the target and demand of informationization construction of SGCC and Anhui Electric Power Corporation, and then pointes out main tasks of informationizaion of Bozhou Power Supply Company. Second, by studying Enterprise Informationization Indicate Scheme (Try out) of Ministry of Information Industry and considering characteristics of municipal power enterprise, this paper gives us a guideline system of construction test and a method of guideline's calculation, which are suited to municipal power enterprises of Anhui Province. Finally, a test of informationization construction actuality of Bozhou Electric Power Company is carried out according to the guideline system. By analyzing the results of this test, this paper indicates superiorities and inferiorities of Bozhou Power Supply Company, and then develops related development countermeasures. This indicates us directions of the development of Bozhou Power Supply Company's informationization construction. |
