The private enterprises in china are produced and developed in special historical conditions with their speciality, and they adopt family equity structure mode commonly and have shown the characteristic of oneness, closure, ambiguity of property right. The kind of relationship to a large extent meets the request in the period of start-up for enterprises. With the enlargement of scale and change of outer environment, the disadvantage has come to be shown. Therefore, private SMEs must optimize the property right, realize multiplex management, begin capital operation, promote fluid property right, establish modern enterprise system and improve it gradually. In order to solve the problem, it not only concerns the enterprises themselves, but also concerns the improvement and optimization of social politics, economy, culture, law and so on.
