In this thesis, based on Jiangxi's rural communications market development status, i make use of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, which analyzed mainly the future of Jiangxi competitive environment in rural communications market. I identified the rural telecommunications market is blue sea for Jiangxi telecommunications market in future. Then this thesis analyze the Jiangxi rural communications customers life cycle deeply relying on the customer life cycle theory, and conclude the definition of rural Jiangxi communications customers stages of the life cycle in which customers enter the stage. Then, according to the stage of the life cycle customer characteristics and the characteristics of telecommunications products, I put forward the customer's telecommunications products marketing basing on customers entering.depending on this conclusion I analyze current rural Jiangxi Telecom Communication Marketing Strategy combination of strengths and weaknesses in-depth. Finally,in accordance with customer life cycle stages of telecommunications product marketing strategy composition of the Jiangxi Telecom should be implemented in future marketing mix strategy, put forward creatively the Jiangxi Provincial Rural Communication Marketing Strategy portfolio based on 4P marketing theory.
