The knowledge of management and marketing was used to analyze the market environment in this article. The general strategy for the development of the company was made. The short-term marketing objectives and strategy was also set.The first part is an introduction of the background. The basis of making general strategy and market strategy was analyzed in the second part. The general strategy, marketing objectives and strategy was determined in the third part after the detailed analysis of the market. The fourth part is performance and control. How to perform the objectives and strategy in the previous part was discussed in this part. Conclusion is the last part. The main points were stressed, and the shortcoming was pointed out.
