| This article uses economic analysis and financial evaluation knowledge to explain the post economic analysis and evaluation of the first phase CDMA project of the Unicom Horizon Inner Mongolian Branch Company. Economic evaluation is an extremely important part and content of post Telephone communication constructive project, as well as an important method for project science to make decision. Post economic analysis and evaluation is a method to examine the goals of a project. If there is any difference between expectation and facts, it will try to figure out the problems and make some improvement. The paper tells us how to find out the operating result during a year of the project by analyzing the relevant financial data, and using knowledge of financial evaluation to compare the current result with the anticipating result in the research report. The paper compares and analyses the financial evaluation index with the result of anticipating in terms of the following aspects : (1) network usage; (2) network quality; (3) network coverage; (4) economic benefit. We can find out if we fulfill our goals or not by comparing these indexes with those at the beginning of the construction by using post financial evaluation and sensitive analysis. |
