Research On Product Quality Management Improving Of YR Food Corporation

The YR food corporation is a small-scale food enterprise of Shandong. It built in 2001 year. Along with the rapid development of China's food industry, the competition is fierce day by day. In order to cope with this rigorous challenge, the enterprise must excavate its various resources to enhance its competitiveness.The product quality is a magic weapon of enterprise's victory in competition and has become an important inside resources of the enterprise. How to raise the product quality management so as to make it the core competition platform of the company is the important task that all enterprises need to seriously study. Facing with the fierce market competition, YR's quality management shows many misplays and limitations. The feasible approach to improve company's quality management ability is to ameliorate its quality management system so as to set up an integrated efficient quality administration system. This article adopts some research methods such as systematical research method and case study method. Chapter one is the introduction which introduces the background, research method and significance of this article. Chapter two introduces the relevant quality management theory. Chapter three introduces the current situation and discusses the misplays and limitations of YR's quality management. Chapter four is the relevant problem analyzing of quality management improving. Chapter seven gives a summary on the improvement of company's quality management based on all above discussions. Through the research on YR's quality management and its problems, this article proposes a set of normalized and efficient management methods which meet the present needs of the company.Total quality management not only enhances YR's quality management ability, but also gets gains in profit and corporate culture.
