The putting forward of the Big Mekong Economy Cooperation,China-viet's cooperation of "two galleries and one circle",economic cooperation of vast-northern -gulf,Nanning-Singapore Economic Gallery which involving the free trade districts and regional economic cooperation and economic galleries give the Guangxi northern-gulf's economy good opportunities. The publishing of《Guangxi northern gulf economic area program》,in January 2008,puts it's economy into a brand section while facing a great deal of challenge.The foreign challenge is the needing of building it as a communication-plat of economy and cooperation in theory and practicing.
