| Pan-Pearl River Delta region is rich in resources of Chinese medicine, it has unique advantages in resources in developing the Chinese medicine industry. Along with the Pan-PRD regional economic cooperation speeding up, that strengthening cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine industry and establishing modern Chinese medicine industry technology research and development groups has been included in the "Pan-Pearl River Delta regional cooperation in science and technology innovation, " 11th Five-Year Plan "special plans". Pan-Pearl River Delta provinces strengthen cooperation in the Chinese medicine industry, strengthen cooperation in intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine must be first.Firstly, from the advantages in traditional Chinese medicine resources, the achievements in traditional Chinese medicine industry and the problems existing in tradional Chinese medicine industry, this article analys the overall situation of tradinional Chinese medicine industry of Pan-Pearl River Delta region of Guangxi, Guangdong, Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan Provinces. Through analysing the Chinese medicine industry of the five provinces , it can see the existence of complementary in it. Then through analyzing status quo of intellectual property of five provinces from the creators, management, utilization, protection of the four areas of intellectual property, it can see the existence of complementary in intellectual property, yet cooperation in intellectual property of tradinional Chinese medicine is need.Secondly, this paper discuss the cooperation model in intellectual property of the PPRD regional and it proposed patent Union model of cooperation, virtual enterprise model of cooperation and the cooperation model of formating the group of the Chinese medicine industry in Pan-PRD ragion. This paper proposed the cooperation line from patent Union to virtual enterprise and to formating the group of the Chinese medicine industry in Pan-PRD ragionFrom the creators, management, utilization, protection of the four areas of intellectual property, this paper proposed specific countermeasures in the process of the cooperation in intellectual property of Chinese medicine.Last, this paper discuss Yunnan Baiyao Group and Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Group, Ttrough analysing their development of intellectual property, it has been found that their Similarities in success and some bottlenecks in Intellectual property work. I hope that it has some practical guidance significance to other enterprises in Pan-PRD ragion. |
