E-commerce is a business mode of information economy. It plays a very important role for the development of economy. It can save not only a large amount of manpower, material resources and time, but also reduce labor. cost. Thus it can widen enterprises' profit margin and strengthen the competitive power of enterprises and countries. Promotion of the development of E-commerce in China is the objective requirements of carrying out our scientific development view. It is also the effective measure of changing the mode of economic growth to cope with the global economical challenges and improve international competitiveness. In the recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and increasing popularization of internet, good tendency has appeared in China's E-commerce, which is characterized by the initial effects of application and the increasing growth of trading volume. However, E-commerce in our country is still at the beginning, compared with the developed countries, there is a big gap in hardware equipment, logistics delivery, electronic payment and the establishment of relative ethic cultures. Technology gap can be solved by the fast development of economy, while the gap of E-commerce culture which holds the credibility as the core needs the long and bitter endeavor from the country, the corporations and all the people. So far, there is a serious lack of sincerity in the development of E-commerce, for example, the flood of false information in internet, the high occurrence cheat in internet, the inferior quality of commodity, the insecurity of privacy, which all affect the appearance of E-commerce heavily and hinder the development of E-commerce. So, only by reinforcing the establishment of social credibility, setting up relative corresponding systems of social credibility, can E-commerce enhance enterprises' economic benefit, strengthen our country's economy power and international competitiveness as people highly expect.
