| In recent years, greater progress has been made in Chinese banking, which has played an important role in guarding against banking risks and promoting the development of the banking sector. However, the present banking risks are still very prominent, so are the problems in the supervision of the banking. Since China's banking institutions have been opening to foreign investors, how to establish and perfect the banking laws and regulations, improve the concept, methods of supervision so as to improve the supervision efficiency really bears substantial significance to the development and maintenance of the stable finance. The author briefly introduces related theories from scholars both at home and abroad first, and probes detailed strategies on improving banking supervision in our country in terms of its supervision legal system, concept, methods etc. based on the analysis of the present situation and problems in China's banking supervision and its practice in Argentina, Singapore and Hong Kong combined with the supervision practice in China and experience from other countries. |
