Research On Real Estate Development Enterprise Information Needs And Security

The current real estate industry is the one of network economy, and information is the most prominent strategic resource in the internet economy, the level of real estate development enterprise competitiveness depends on its information accessing and processing capabilities. Therefore, the real estate development enterprise must clear its own information needs, and take relevant measures to improve self-protection level of the information needs, enhances its market competitiveness. At the same time, as a pillar industry of the national economy, on the one hand, the real estate plays an important role on the healthy development of the national economy and security of the quality of residents' life, so it is one of the main powers that activates domestic demand and promotes economic development; On the other hand, real estate has long development cycle, the amount of funds, the operational risk of industry that often affects the entire national economy. Consequently, other related social groups with management of the real estate development should also be actively provide the necessary external support for the protection of the real estate development enterprise information needs, and promote its healthy growth. This paper is against these backgrounds that the proposed idea of the completion of the study.The paper is divided into five chapters. Through analyzing the development of real estate development as well as the changing of business environment, Chapter I provides the present research projects in the significance of this issue, reviews related research results and finally forms writing ideas and main content of the article. Chapter II, from the characteristics of real estate development enterprises, the paper analyzes the information for the role of real estate development enterprise. Chapter III, the paper analyzes the types, characteristics of real estate development enterprise information needs in detail, and describes the distinction of different types of real estate development enterprise information needs. Chapter IV, from the management ideology, organization departments' settings, the development of information resources and information systems building, clarifies the realization of self-protection of real estate development enterprise information needs; through the Vanke's case analysis of real estate development enterprise information needs makes an empirical study of self- protection. Chapter V, can be expounds social communities and their supporting main content for the protection of real estate development enterprises information needs, describes the social security status quo of real estate development enterprise information needs and pointes out the measures to improve the level of protection against their inadequacy, through the East China Normal University Library for the real estate development enterprise information security cases makes an empirical study of social communities providing information security from outside.
