The Problem Research Of Chinese Enterprises On Foreign Direct Investment

Globalization is the mainstream of international economic development.Moving towards this challenge,how to improve industrial competitiveness rapidly in the world market are concerned by many countries.In recent years,with foresight and strength, some leading enterprises in China has started to look at the broader global market and tried to go abroad.Therefore enterprise directly investing abroad becomes a hot topic.In this section foreign direct investment become the main path of connect with abroad economic,And the theories research on this aspect developed quickly,our government and enterprises had began to pay special attention to the problem of FDI.So do research on FDI of enterprises of our country has practical significance.In this paper,on the basis of analysis on FDI theories,I bring forward "investment section-factor of indirect evoker" theory.Analysis the FDI problem of Chinese enterprise from dynamic and static angle.Look back the FDI progress of our country.,analysis the economical meaning of FDI.Also analysis the problem existent in FDI,and hope to found the method of solve those problems and reference to the further development of FDI.At last the author make further expectation to the FDI.
