In recent years,with the acceleration of our country urbanization advancement,the regional competition was getting more and more intense.For maintaining the superiority in the competition,various regions try to work hard on resources talent,sight,location, industrial structure,economic development,social system,civilization and so on unceasingly.How to make a vivid individuality,reflected concretely self-characteristic and the superiority regional image has become discussion's hot spot.An area want to build a good regional image must enable to optimize and combine various resources and essential factors,which need to be reflected through certain medium finally.As a result of the real estate's performance and the product characteristic,the real estate enterprise's product and brand becomes one of the best obvious high-quality medium including closest contacting,best operational,reflect directly with various essential factors and resources in a region.It is a processed material connection of the image and a regional condensed representation,too.Meanwhile,the real estate enterprise's project development and the brand construction have great external effect.The outstanding real estate project and brand can cause increment in a region image and it will become intangible asset.Therefore,the regional development can't be without the real estate enterprise's participation.The process of a real estate project development and brand construction should be regarded as to the process of a regional image optimization in great extent.On the other hand,according to further analysis on the relationship between the real estate brand construction and the regional image,we can find communication for the region supervisor and the real estate enterprise.The most essential thing is to promote the real estate enterprise's project development and brand construction this kind of marketing behavior to the high level of region image management,and give the enterprise some guidance to put their marketing strength into competition among the regions.From above,a regional image's quality can be looked as the contribution' degree on the region development from this kind of marking unit.It also has closed relations with a real estate enterprise's development and brand's level.Thus,it make sense to the regional image through this marketing behavior's research of real estate enterprise.
