| In recent years, the rapid development of China's private enterprises, the social and economic development has made great contributions. We affirm private enterprises in the positive role played by the same time, we should also see the the existing problems in the relationship between employers and employees . China's domestic theory of private enterprises on labour relations is late, and it is extremely weak and inadequate, thus affecting the development of practice and analysis of the angle and depth. China's private enterprises on the labour relations from the general situation is normal and the problem is only a partial, and the basic reasons for the problems are still in the labor market underdeveloped, and workers organizations have not developed evolved with the market systemb.This paper aimed at by researching the Western economic theories on the basic theory of labour relations and ideology, summing up our country's private enterprise labour relations lessons from the experience of the developed countries on private enterprises dealing with labour relations to try to explore the theory in line with China's national conditions, and promoting the development of the socialist market economy. The first chapter introduces the private enterprises theory of labour relations, including the definition of labour relations, research purposes, the research objectives, as well as the root causes of conflict. Chapter 2nd introduces the historical evolution of labour relations in the process of the developed Western countries, including the historical evolution of labour relations of the United States, Britain, Germany and Japan. The third chapter describes the Western developed countries deal with the new trend of labour relations in China inspiration. Chapter IV on says the trend of labour relations on China. Chapter V says the Labour Relations countermeasures in line with China's national conditions. This study is mainly based on the theory and practice ,adopting a lot of methods to slove the problem. |
