| Microfinance as an important instrument that help the poor to improve production and living conditions and support middle and lower income groups,is also a very effective means of helping the poor households to alleviate poverty. As a e arlier form of anti-poverty microfinance ,NGO microfinance has considerable success probability of anti-poverty, So research on the development of NGO microfinance is of important significance. This paper which based on the basis of relevant theories of NGO microfinance, refers to the development experience of the international NGO microfinance, analyses the China's NGO microfinance status and operating effect, table proposals of the development of China's NGO microfinance.The full text is totally divided into 6.Chapter 1, introduction.
