The Study On The Organizational Control Model

The development of the economical globalization, the competition internationalization and the information technology network, further intensified enterprise environment dynamic, the complexity and uncertainty, has brought the unprecedented impact to the enterprise. And a number of Chinese business enterprises are big but not strong, and the business life cycle is short, considering the internal reason, the imperfect organization control of the business enterprise plays a very important part. The changes of this kind of environment will require a business enterprise to strengthen the internal control, improve the organization control system continuously. But the current theories of business enterprise organization control mostly strive from the western developed nations in the industrial age's last century. Currently, there are some differences between these theories and the Chinese business enterprise being in a period of transformation .So the importance of this text is to do research on the business enterprise organization control under the new situation, expecting to instruct the practice of Chinese business enterprises and the development of control theories.This text mainly studies the mode and the system of business enterprise organization control from the aspect of the system. And take Chinese heavy vapor as an example to analyze. First, the chapter 1 of this text carries a simple comment on these theories, based on the local cultural heritages, and puts forward the research method of this text. Secondly, in chapter 2, there is a research on the mode of business enterprise organization control.
