Research On SMEs Financing From The View Of Bionic Finance

No matter in the developed countries or developing countries, small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) plays an important role in economic life. But generally speaking, SMEs is still a vulnerable group in the market economy. In particular, financing difficulty has becoming a global problem.The thesis is based on the theory of bionic finance, complemented by comparative study, case study, methods of combining quantity study and quality study together, mathematical statistic etc. This thesis tries to analyse SMEs financing problem from the view of bionic finance, in order to offer beneficial assistance to solving the financing problems of SMEs.The thesis reviews and evluates the existing theories about SMEs financing at first, pointed out that the major problems or limitations of the existing theories are: (1) it has not formed a unified theoretical system, most of the theories are studying from certain angle; (2) static analysis and comparative analysis are the main research methods, lacking of dynamic analysis; (3) more theoretical deduction, less empirical testing; (4) introducing the foreign theories simply and choosing small sample statistic analysis. Therefore, we should resarch this problem from a new perspective.The thesis built a basic frame of bionic finance and explained the concept, theoretical assumptions and research perspective. On this basis, this thesis analysed the SMEs financing problem by using the theory of bionic finance. For example, this thesie analysed the functions of government, bank, law and market in SMEs financing by applying the priciple of species clear border。Finally, the thesis put forward some proposals for improving SMEs financing. The main proposals consis of the establishment of SMEs credit upgrade mechanism, strengthening the legislation, developing the government function and so on. The thesis also presented the evaluation and prospect of the method of researching SMEs financing by applying theory of bionic finance.
