Research On Development Strategy And Countermeasures Of Circular Economy In TianJin City

Circular economy is an economic increasing mode which makes the circular using of resource as its core, the Reduce, Reuse and Resource as its principle, and the low consumption, low exhaust and high efficiency as its own character, and which accords with the theory of sustainable development. From the perspective of the overall circular economic development integrated in Tianjin's "11th Five-Year Plan", this thesis is designed to make an analysis on the status quo of circular economic development in Tianjin and the collectivity thought of developing circular economy in Tianjin; to make an investigation on the overall frame of"eco-industrial parks"and relevant evaluation system. In doing so, the thesis is intended to bring forward some important projects in Tianjin's circular economic development and their development goal. The thesis falls into five parts.The first part deals with an investigation on oversea and inland practice of developing circular economy and the character of developing circular economy in China, then puts forward the necessity of developing circular economy in Tianjin.The second part focuses on an analysis on resource using, environment status quo, material basis and advantage of developing circular economy in Tianjin. It also makes a SWOT analysis on developing circular economy in Tianjin.The third part starts with the mainly mission,strategy analysis and functional partition of developing circular economy in Tianjin, discusses the total strategy and goals of developing circular economy in Tianjin, a multi-objective programming model is also discussed in the end.The forth part brings forward the general frame and evaluation system for eco-industrial parks in Tianjin, and gives some advices on reconstruction of in going and in existing eco-industrial parks.At last, the paper analyzes the goals layout in main items and important projects of Tianjin for developing circular economy.
