Research On Commercial Bank Financial Management Based On Value Maximization

In recent years, with the state-owned commercial bank joint stock system transformation and the stock going on the market, various banks all successively takes the value maximization as the core management goal. For adapting and serving the transformation of management goal, the bank financial control function also takes the value maximization as the comprehensive financial control goal.From the point of view of bank value maximization, this paper points out the value maximization is the modern commercial bank financial control core goal. On the basis of introduction to the modern enterprise system basic characteristic, the principal-agent in the company government, the financial government structure, the financial control process evolution, the financial function localization based on the value maximization and the value creation process. This paper analyzes economic added value based on value maximization and its application in the achievements appraisal and propose that as an effective tool in the modern commercial bank financial management, economic added value is the innovation and the breakthrough in enterprise management. Through the application analysis of key influence factor of economic added value, which is the economical capital connotation, the introduction significance and the application in value management, this paper manifests the essence of bank risk balance and the income management and uses risk fixed price model, the violation loss factor model and so on to study the economical capital measure and guard risk and create value effectively. Finally, the paper takes the Shandong construction bank as the example, and verifies the widespread application of economic added value in bank achievement appraisal and performance assessment, salary drive, resources collocation, risk restraint and product profit making, and points that financial management based on the value maximization goal is now the main direction of commercial bank financial management.This research provides the new theory basis for the modern commercial bank financial management function localization. To enhance the modern commercial bank the financial management level, especially to the state-owned commercial bank joint stock system transformation and financial management taking the value creation as the goal in the reforming process of stock going on the market, and has the very strong model significance.
