Financial Analysis Of Tourism Listed Companies In China

Tourism area, as an important part of tourism industry and core element of development of tourism industry, plays a very important role in promoting development of tourism industry. In recent years, the number of listed tourist companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai has reached to eight, and the sizes are continuing to be expanded. With the development of times, tourism listed companies in China will be confronted with more intense competition, therefore financial situation analysis of tourism listed companies will get more attention by parties concerned.Based on the concern of the financial analysis of the listed companies in the tourism area in China, the paper takes the listed companies as the main study in the tourism area in China. It studies on the five areas respectively of the listed companies in tourism area, debts paying ability, assets operating ability, profitability, growth capacity and cash flow. The paper finds that stability of debt paying ability ,continuous strengthening of assets operating ability, stability growth of business activities in quality, but the self-capital profitability of the companies is not strong, the profitability rate index of net assets is poor, the expansion of the total assets while the reduction of net profit and other issues. In light of these problems, it points out that the listed companies in the tourism area should strengthen the management of due from accounts, put emphasis on the influence of the companies'profitability by profit structure, capital structure and assets operating efficiency; it also indicates the emphasis of predict analysis, concerning about the quality of profits, strengthening of internal management, fixing of strategic objectives, and other financial measures.For the recent tourism science and financial analysis study, it's a new issue to study the financial situation analysis of the listed companies in tourism areas, the topic selected in this paper is in accordance with the advancing front of the related subject and has some theoretical value. Accurate analysis on the quality of financial status of the listed companies in China has important practical significance on the protection of the investors and creditors'self-profit, operators'precaution of financial crisis and the government's administration department to supervise the financial quality and market crisis of the listed companies in tourism areas.
