Statement And Appraisement On Policy And Practice About Development Of Kuomindang Government During Resistance War Against Japan

From breaking out the anti—Japanese war, northwest's strategy role become more and more important. It firstly become"anti—Japanese base", and then was announced to be "constructive base". Government of kuomindang made active policy by taking series of measures, Which made progress in all respects and fosted cultural exchange between eastern and western region. By doing so it laid foundation to victory of anti—Japanese war and formed the third "heat wave".This paper on the basis of the previous research and took research on policy and practice in western region which carried out by Government of kuomindang during anti—Japanese period.The first part analysed background of development,the second part choosed seven fields related to discuss the policy and measures,by doing so it revealed the situation and achievements.the third part got reflection,it not only valued the achievements but also pointed out limitation.However , the aim of the development is focus on the war,the development was lack of long—term goal and persistence,it's just an emergency. So with the victory of anti—Japanese war,all the development were ceased,which can't change the situation of northwest region in the root. we are supposed to draw lessons from history.
