The background of this disquisition is Hi-Soft which I worked in before. Hi-Soft is located in Dalian high-tech zone, founded on Nov 11 1996, invested by Dalian Maritime University and Hong Kong Jinghui Company. On Sep 29 2001, approved by Dalian government and State Commission for Restructuring Economy, the company became a joint-stock company. March 2003, the company authorized CMM5. It has 3 main divisions: domestic development division, Japanese division and E&A development division. This company is a new and high technology enterprise which is supported by Dalian government, and it is also an important software development enterprise approved by Dalian Bureau of Information Industry and Dalian Science Commission.This disquisition has studied the motivation system against senior staff of Hi-Soft. Through investigating and analyzing motivation problems , finding out the reason, integrating the experience of other enterprises and some motivation theory, and also the real position of this company, this disquisition will give some suggestions and resolvent. For example, payment incentive, benefits incentive, shareholding incentive ,education incentive, communication incentive, course incentive, corporate culture incentive ,one of resolvent is respective motivation. That means, according to different growing up position of different people, we will use different method to motivate them. That will make employees work more actively.
