Research On Standard Cost Management Of Electric Power Enterprise

To meet the enterprise's request of fine management and improving the management and operation benefits, Power enterprises is going to carry out the standard cost management actively. However, there haven't been any cases that the domestic electric power enterprises research or apply the standard cost management successfully so far. On the basis of further analysis of the status of the electric power enterprises'cost management, this paper adopts the approach combining theoretical analysis with case study and finally puts forward the concept of standard cost management in the electric power enterprises. We investigate the method and process of the electric power enterprise'establishing the standard cost management system. Furthermore, we develop a standard cost management system, and point out the direction of the standard cost applied in the power enterprises . At last, some advices on performing the standard cost management were suggested. And the results have certain reference value for the electric power enterprises to develop the standard cost management to some extent.
