The Study Of The BiddingStrategies And Dynamic Cost Control Of Chinese Power Plant

Power industry is the key industry of national economy. An efficient and reliable power industry will definitely promote the fast development of other industries. Along with the opening of Chinese power market, power plants are faced with fierce challenge. This article, based on the development direction of Chinese power industry market, combined with the producing and selling features of power plants, embarks on a study of the bidding strategies and dynamic cost control of power plants in the current situation of separating power plants from power networks and their bidding for access to power network.This article starts from the analysis of the present situation of power market home and abroad, as well as some problems urgently waiting to be settled. Then it discusses in detail about the bidding models and strategies that can be adopted by power plants. After that, the author advances a strategy based on the analyses of dynamic cost. In the last part of the article, the author set up a BP artificial neural network model, which can effectively predicts the dynamic cost of power plants.
