Research On The Implementation Of Cost Refinement Management In SP Power

Along with the rapid growth of electric power investment and lots of power supply projects working in progress, competition in the energy market is becoming more intense, and low-cost operation becomes the crucial factor to improve the core competitiveness of the power enterprises. This paper research the problem of cost refinement management in the power industry area with power generation enterprise's viewpoint. The indicator system and the evaluation analysis system of the cost refinement management were designed in the paper, which not only can explain the details of cost occurring processing, but also helpful to find the problems in the cost management. In this way the management and control on the cost ocurring process was achieved. The scheme has been further vertified through the implementation on the plants of the Groups, and a new set of cost refinement management model was summed up.
