Study On The Pattern Establishing Of Urban Non-constructive Land

The urban non-constructive land is the basis of urban ecological health and security, and it has the abilities of ecology services and providing constructive land for social economic development. Concerning about only one of these abilities will cause runaway of planning management, and disorder of ecology services ability of urban ecological network, and decline of urban holistic ecology health. For that, it must give fair consideration of developing needs of urban ecology, economy and society, to discuss the methods of establishing urban non-constructive land pattern, and to study the transforming mechanism of urban non-constructive land, for all directional scientific management and adjustment urban space.It must be through two steps of establishing urban non-constructive land pattern for it has ecologic and social and economic trait. First of all, under the principle of ecological priority, this work establishes systematic and network urban non-constructive land. It establishes the model of pattern composited by ecological, buffering and coordinating urban non-constructive land with the theories and methods of landscape ecology. It establishes the urban non-constructive land patten of ecological priority by study of quantization and optimization of patch, corridor and edge. Second, based on the cognition of intrinsic value and transforming value of urban non-constructive land, the classification and the classified measures of management could be determined. After coupling with urban constructive land, through transforming mechanism of ecology vetoing, maximum multiple efficiency and ecology rewarding of urban non-constructive land, the urban non-constructive land could transform to urban constructive land under the maximum multiple efficiency mortage. Only in compulsive contents of master plan, the management of planning and transforming of urban non-constructive land could be validated and implement.At last, the framework of theory above is applied. It discusses the pattern establishing of urban non-constructive land of Suzhou, and provides some suggestions for establishing and management of urban non-constructive land for Suzhou.
