With the improvement of people's income and the enhancement of people's free time, traveling is becoming the main style of people's consumption and tourism has developed fully all over the world.As a highly developed economic zone,Beijing is also seeing great development of tourism.In order to adjust the development of tourism,better its planning and management and find out its advantage and disadvantage,it is necessary to give inquiry and evaluation on the basic tourism resources.The essay takes Changping Region as an example and,through the approach of tourism resources common factors comprehensive evaluation,gets a general idea of tourism resources situation.1) The essay first analyses where the tourists come from.The results are as follows:the major consumers are from Beijing followed by Hebei Province and Shandong Province;male and female consumers as common people are equal;the process of traveling is not well organized and there are no obvious rush season;most consumers spend on traveling and the the consumption generated by tourism is slim;lots of consumers pay visits for several times;the tourists overseas are mainly from Asia;the needs such as traveling and accommodations take up a lot of the consumption.Through the Gray Model,it is predicted that the tourists are up to 16.32494 million in 2008.2) By inquiry into the objects of tourism resources in Changping Region,they cover geographic scene,water landscape,biologic diversity,historic stuff,architecture and facility and human activities.Through evaluation,the scores of objects are classified into 6groups.The top is grade 5 and the bottom has no grade.The classification shows that about a quarter of the objects have grades and grade structure looks like a pyramid.3) The objects of tourism resources are mainly located in Minling town,Changping city, Liucun town and Nankou town,taking up 71.24 percents of the total.Tourism resources spread in a random but collective way.Juyongguan Great Wall and Thirting Ming Dynasty Graves, both of the highest grade,and 81.90 percents of the objects with no grade are all within the 4 places.It suggests that historic and human resources are the most attractive tourism resources and the basis on which new tourism resources are explored.They co-work to form a system of 6 factors to meet the developing needs of tourism.4) Within the 31 sub-groups,tourism resources in Changping Region cover 13 sub-groups, taking up a percentage of 41.94.Most of them are concentrated in 2 fields,namely architecture and facility as well as human activities.They concretely show up in 4 aspects,local tradition and popularity,special shops and hotels,the places for health and amusement as well as reservoir for see-sight and traveling.This is beneficial from traditional culture and excellent natural condition.At last the essay gives some resolutions to the problems happening in the exploitation of tourism resources.
