Credit Sales is developing dramatically among today's Chinese companies, since the Globalization in the 21st Century. However, by using Credit and trade debts to support sales still have a few drawbacks. In market economy, companies are anxious to know more about their customer or business partners' business activities, strategies and their associated risk. Hence, they could design or implement their own business strategies accordingly. China has been reformed and developed to the market economy in the past 20 years, however the normative and standardized business trade activities have not been set up. Clearly, this will leads Chinese enterprises to be far from the international trading standard.The advanced trade management theory and China current trade status were combined to analyze in this dissertation. Especially, the concept of credit management will be fully interpreted. The dissertation will be start with the current status for China's credit risk in the trading markets. The theories of credit management models and credit assessment models will be reviewed in the next section. SWOT model will be adopted to analyze the Credit Management of Lenovo based on the further analysis of Lenovo's Credit policy. This analysis will be done in a critical eye. In the final section of this dissertation, the experience of Lenovo's Credit management will discussed for the positive revelation for Chinese IT industry.
