In recent years, much more attention has been put to the term of Corporate culture in both the academic field and the business world. When the researchers are studying a corporate, no matter it is successful or not, they tend to do it from the angle of its culture. The author of this thesis is trying to find out why in the same place, at the same times, the companies in the same field would go to different destinies and the answer may be of some help to the development of the companies.The author states the general principle of constructing a corporate culture based on some theories about the concept, function and the influence of corporate culture on human resources and brand promotion, and a profound research on Luthai Textile Co. Ltd, and its comparison with Wanjie Group, Lanyan Group and Weiqiao Group. Through the researches on Luthai Group at its different periods, the author comes to the conclusion that the reason why Luthai Group can reach such a benign state of development lies in its relatively advanced corporate culture fitting to its own features of the development. The author proposes his suggestions to the Luthai Group based on the positive and negative influence on the development by its corporate culture.The suggestions and conclusions the author has made from the researches and studies applies to Luthai Group, Wanjie Group, Lanyan Group, and Weiqiao Group.
