On the day of globalization tendency, Qingdao Huatao Automobile Mould co., Ltd must gain the long-enduring development, not only by contesting the domestic market, but also stepping to seek the recent development space, in order to exploit international market, set up Chinese international brand, and pormote competitive power in the global scope. So this dissertation importantly researches on brand development of Qingdao Huatao automobile mould co. ltd. It makes the system of brand strategy management, promoting enterprise core competitive powert.First of all, according to the environment outside of present enterprise and its enlightenments, it analyzes the present enterprise brand development situation including the achievements, the gap between competitor and the existent questions. Which points out that our enterprises must implement the brand strategy in order to survive and develop in competitive market.Secondly, according to current brand development situation, it establishes the andvance plan on the company brand Strategy with competitive power. The main points are : 1 brand running, which focuses on the company's management, eliminating waste of producing links by popularizing TPS mode, and also explains that individuals play improment role in building marketing competitive power and brand strategy, so HR in the enterprise shoud make out management system to keep staff staying; 2 Brand protection,which focuses on legal protection and crisis management of brand ; 3 brand extention , which means brand expansion.Finally, it focuses on the evaluation and implement of system of brand development stratege which means establishing the steps of brand development stratege and evaluating the brand development stratege according on some thoeries.
