Finally, selected Xi'an high-tech industry scale development as the research object, the paper investigates the competition abilities and marketlization degree, and evaluates the situation of the Xi'an high-tech industry scale development, then, puts forward to the correspond countermeasures and advise.The paper reaches a conclusion that marketlization can promote the high-tech industry scale development by promoting the ability of independent innovation. Comparably, the competition abilities of Xi'an high-tech industry are large, but the marketlization degree is behindhand comparatively. After analyzing and computing, the paper finds that the element marketlization, the financial marketlization and the enterprise marketlization are more important for Xi'an high-tech industry scale development.
