Disccussion On The Agent Construction Manage System For College Construction Program

As the national reform in real estate and college increased enrolment , the traditional management system is confronted a big challenge with the increasing expension in college foundation constuction and some related problems such as high cost in management , low efficiency, higher investing risks and corruption which baffled the development of college foundational construcation . Therefore , a new manage system is called for in order to handling problems effectively and realizing the integration of the program costs and benefits. This paper is mainly discussing on agent construction manage system for college construction program which is an effective modernizing system in target of professional investment control and higher efficiency managing .Firstly , this article expounded the characteristcs, scale and corrent management informaton of college program construction and initial definition and contents of "Construction Agent System" home and aboard as well as the impacts of "Construction Agent System" sponsored by the government. Secondly, the article discussed the contents of "Construction Agent System" related to the college program construction in terms of syste relations, qualification requirements, supervisingmanagement, specific measures, management revaluations and its feasibilities through the music hall construction program in China Music Institution . In the last , relating sugguestions are perposed in some problem solving details under the "Construction Agent System" in college program construction . Results showed that the "Construction Agent System" in college program construction is feasible .
