Whether the exploitation, protection, and utilization of World Heritage resources are reasonable and whether the distinctive effect of World Heritage resources are exerted fully are related to the development of World Heritage Tourism. World Heritage resources are limited, but the requirement of enjoy it is infinite. Nowadays, how to make good use of the resources to provide contemporary and future people with effective, reasonable and equitable tourism service to achieve show civilization and propagation of education, is a popular subject. To evaluate the equity of World Heritage Tourism is an effective method to make sure whether the utilization of World Heritage resources are reasonable. Based on the above aims, the context is: studythe equity connotation and character of World Heritage and World Heritage Tourism systematic; analyze the theories of tourism equity and sum up themethods of equity evaluations; build an equity evaluation model------scientificand reasonable------of World Heritage Tourism in China; use the model on theequity evaluation about Longmen Grottoes Tourism.Study show that: the equity of World Heritage Tourism proposed answers various arguments and questions effectively, which emerge around the heritage sites, contribute theories to World Heritage Tourism development in future; the equity evaluation model can direct concrete research and quantitative analysis, scientific and reasonable, have practical value; the equity index of Longmen Grottoes Tourism is 5.53, in a general level, reflect the actual situation of Longmen Grottoes objectively.
