Study On China's Monetary Policy And Coordinated Development Of Regional Economic

At present, China's regional economic development is increasingly evident lack of coordination. Development gap among different regions is larger, which impacts the health and rapid development of the entire national economy. The gap has attracted a great deal of concern by the economic sectors and adopted a series of measures by national leaders, and it is very necessary.Under the premise of the unity of monetary policy, it is an important way that monetary policy should been combined with the specific situation of different regions and different regions should been implemented different operation of monetary policy in order to promote coordinated development of regional economy. This paper will study from the following aspects:Firstly, through analysing the status of China's regional economy development, the paper finds that China's region economy development is imbalance. The differences among regions primarily reflected in the several aspects: the total size of the economy, economic openness, industrial structure and so on. China's development gap illuminates that the unified monetary policy may be cause the existence of regional transmission effect. Secondly, on the basis of Analysing the relevant relationship between China's monetary policy and regional economic growth, the results show the promoting function of China's currency policy is more apparent on economic growth. So under the premise of the unity, we should consider parts of monetary policy tools should been operated differently in specific regions in order to promote regional economic stability, rapid, coordinated growth.Thirdly, in light of operated relevant measures in the course of the development of underdeveloped areas at home and abroad, connecting China's current national conditions, the paper proposes the feasibility on the implementation of different monetary policy in specific regional.Fourthly, in order to achieve coordinate development of regional economy, the paper proposes several suggestions of the implementation of different monetary policy in specific regional and some problems which should been paid attention to, in the process of regional development.In short, at present, China's unified monetary policy ignores the different of economic development among regions and is not conducive to the coordinated development of regional economic. In order to effectively promote the economic development of underdeveloped areas , the paper thinks that under the framework of the unified monetary policy, it is need that monetary policy part of the implementation of regional differentiation.
