Tourism development is the only way to the development of tourism. On the one hand, It promotes the development of the tourism rapidly; On the other hand, the tourism resources and environment have been destroyed more and more worse. it has become a major problem to develop the tourism resources reasonably,take actions to protect tourism resources and environment to achieve sustainable tourism development.This paper from the Tourism Development environmental ethics issue.
