Study On The Problems Of Adjusting The Agricultural Production Structure In Qingshuihe County Of Inner Mongolia

Adjusting the agricultural production structure is a very important measure and a key point of promoting the country economy, increasing the farmers'income and resolving the unemployment problem of country, which can make the farmers achieve the standard of middle-class living. These is a direct connection between the farmers'private interest of in grass roots and taking advantages of their local resources to adjust the agricultural production structure. For this reason, there is a very important and realistic significance to research the adjustment of agricultural structure on the level of banners or counties. The domestic and international circumstances of agricultural production structure adjustment have been reviewed in this dissertation. Absorbing domestic and international experience of adjusting production structure, the author analyzed the circumstances of the agricultural production structure in Qingshuihe County from 1994 to 2006, discovered the problems of the agricultural production structure and the potential predominance of adjusting the agricultural production structure, synchronously, analyzed how the variety of the agricultural production structure has impacted on the economic increasing in Qingshuihe County from 1994 to 2006. According to the conditions of local resources and the predominance of the production development, the author established the optimized patterns of adjusting the agricultural production structure in Qingshuihe County with the main idea of developing the milk industry. Finally, the author selected the optimized project of adjusting the agricultural production structure in Qingshuihe County and gave the advice to bring the optimized project into effect.
