Research On The Development Of Rural Cooperatives Economic Organization In JiLin City

How to enhance the farmers'systematization degree is one of the hot topics of solving the阿哥日蹙agricultural problems. The domestic and foreign experiences indicated that the cooperative economy is the best form of peasants'organizations. In recent years, the government of Jilin city continuously considers the development of rural cooperative economic organization as the their main work. According to the actual need of rural economic development, we have made active research on the construction of the rural cooperative economic organization to guide the farmers to enter into the market and help them increase their income and have made great achievements. But some questions appeared ,such as the insufficient theory preparation, false recognition, lagg of legislation and system construction, lacks of government's public service, generally small scale, vague property right, imperfect internal movement mechanism , the uneffective management and so on. These are the representative questions during the development of the rural cooperative economic organization and have restricted the development speed of rural cooperatives economic organization.It needs urgent research with appropriate theory to analyze and guide.This research mainly utilizes the related theories of new economics system and combines the practice of the rural cooperative economic development. According to the principle of"theoretical analysis-present situation analysis-problem analysis", we make a complete and deep research. First, we thoroughly analyzed the background, urgency and its the vital significance about the current rural cooperative economic organization. Second, after referring to the massive interrelated materials, we systematically introduced the development course and the theory research achievement of the domestic and foreign on rural cooperative economic organization and defined the concept of Chinese rural cooperative economic organization. And we tried to analyze the causes of the problems of the rural cooperative economic organization from the aspects of specialized income and the economies of scale, the risk share and the influence of market information cost. Finally, according to the the developed countries'experience of Germany, Sweden and so on and the present developing situation of the rural cooperative economic organization in Jilin city, we put forward corresponding solutions. We hoped that it would have some instruction significance for the development of rural cooperative economic organization in China.
