| The concept of creative industries is proposed just more than 10 years in the world, it's not a long time but creative industries have gradually become a major driving force for social and economic development. The scale and level of development of creative industries have become an important indication to measure a national or regional comprehensive competitiveness.The rising and development of the creative industries is linked closely with the state's economic base,social environment,policies and management systems, etc. Country has provided rich soil for the creative industries' prosperity, in return the creative industries have also enhanced the country's overall competitiveness greatly. In the development of creative industries,China and the United States have different economic base,social environment,policies and management systems, etc. which lead to the different focus and pattern more or less in the development of Sino-US creative industries.It has great realistic significance to study on the differences of creative industries' content and structure, policies and management system, development path and strategic model,which help us to adjust development framework of our national creative industries,to learn advanced experience,further to promote the development and prosperity of creative industries in China and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of our country. This paper consists of six chapters as follows:Chapter One:Introduction.It describes on background and significance of this topic,related research status quo at home and abroad,research framework and methodology,as well as characteristics and innovation of this paper.Chapter Two: Theory introduction of creative industries. It starts from the concept and features of the creative industries , discussed the status of the creative industries and development trends in details.Chapter Three:Comparative research of the development status quo of Sino-US creative industries.It makes a detailed comparison of the connotation .development level and distribution of Sino-US creative industries through a variety of methods.Chapter Four: Comparative research on policies and management system of the development of Sino-US creative industries.It compared the characteristics of the industries policy ,intellectual property protection,cultural and personnel training. Chapter Five: Comparative research on model and future direction of the development of Sino-US creative industries. Sino-US creative industries have the same development model but different content,so it compares China and the United States as a whole, it also compares the future direction of the development of Sino-US creative industries.Chapter Six:Conclusions and enlightenment. It puts forward some measures to speed up the development Chinese creative industires according to china's national conditions and learn from advanced experience of the United States. |
