Research On International Monetary Fund Rescue Regime Of Financial Crisis

Today, the process of economic globalization is accelerating, and the interdependence between the countries is becoming more strengthened, which promotes the international political and economic to develop. However, this kind of interdependence also causes the question in some domains even more complicate, particularly in the international finance domain, financial crisis's frequent outbreak, becomes the vital threat of the international economy sustained development. In order to lessen the impact of financial crisis on the world economy, international assistance is always desirable. International Monetary Fund (IMF) is the most important international financial organization who is responsible for rescuing financial crises. IMF's rescue institution of financial crises refers to the dynamic process of IMF reacting to and rescuing financial crises, the rescue regime consists of stabilization program, rescuing strength and reaction velocity. This regime rescued several significant financial crises which occurred in the 20th century. In these rescue operations, that plays an important role to recover disaster-affected countries' national economy, but exposed many questions simultaneously. Therefore, researching on the IMF's rescue regime of financial crises is to understand thoroughly IMF actual result, and inquiring into its rescue the international politics agent has the important theoretical and the practical significance.This thesis is to talk about the IMF's rescue regime of financial crisis. In this thesis, the writer tries to give a clear definition of the international political theory of the international regime. To do some analysis on the pattern, the thesis also takes a typical example of financial crisis in East Asia. The whole thesis can be divided into six parts:The introduction part mainly is to introduce the premise issues of the texts, which includes present research on the IMF's rescue regime of financial crises in both the national and foreign academic circles.In the first part, analyzes the connotation and the characteristics of financial crisis under background globalization.The second part makes a brief illustration about the IMF's rescue regime of financial crisis, including the concept and the basic characteristics of the rescue regime and so on.The third part demonstrates the two theories of international politics, including Neo-realism, Neo-liberalism and tries to elaborate the related theories about the IMF's rescue regime of financial crisis.In the fourth part, the writer enriches and perfects the author's analysis pattern by making an analysis on the East Asian financial crisis in terms of its operating situation of the rescue in regime.The last part is the article summary part, according to the analysis pattern. The author tries to give a brief description about the improvement tendency of the regime.
