The Disquisition Of Influence From Equity Structure To Performance In Defence Firm

Equity structure has been considered as the most important fanctor affecting performance of the firm, so it does defence firm. But owing to the particularity of the products and the significance for the state, defence firms perform different from normal firms. What should defence firm response when more and more firms introduce different shareholders? Which kinds of shareholders should be introduced? What proportion should the different shareholders possess? These have become the most important problems we are confronted with. After analysising the representative defence firms, this article deems that there are so many problems in equity structure that we should introduce more shareholders, but on the other side,the restrictions are necessary, that means, government should play an important role in the controlling the munitions,supervising the secret informations, as well as consummating the interrelated law.
