| In the background of the globalization of economy and the dramatic development of science and technology, the survival environment and the modes of the enterprise have changed vehemently. In this case, in order to create a profit zoom, many enterprises adjust their strategies by means of joining into supply chain. Through the research on Supply Chain, we find it can promote cooperation to create the trust of partners and add their reputation. Then the whole profit of Supply Chain will increase, and the Supply Chain partners will win-win. However, at present, the study of the trust of Supply Chain partners is established according to the traditional economic theories and analytical tools, which has some localization for providing a valid and scientific explanation to the enterprise's rationality and cooperative practice.Nevertheless, the method based on Agent, which has risen in recent years, set up the alternation model between individuals or between individual and environment. So it can get in touch with individual microcosmic behavior and holistic attribute of system, such as macroscopically avalanche, in the complicated system. Multi-Agent System is successfully free of all the defects existing in the traditional approaches of economy analysis by means of simulating the flexibility of society. It turns out the dominant approach in studying the artificial society.This thesis gives the present study based on the game theory and the theories of economy and takes the Multi-Agent System as the scaffolding to support the analysis. By taking the present game theory, economic theory and the Multi-Agent System approach into a total consideration, the thesis puts up with a framework of studying the trust of partners based Multi-Agent in Supply Chain; analyzes the profitable elements in the virtual system affecting each representative of the enterprises in Supply Chain and the adjustment of Agent itself through learning in the process of interaction; discusses each of the enterprise's trust practical conduct of cooperating as well as competing in the mimic models according to the Multi-Agent System theory; and presents an interpretation by using the game theory and the economic theory. With what have been presented above as the aim to achieve, this thesis lays its emphasis on such aspects as follows: (1) Cooperative is an important factor for improving the whole payoffs of Supply Chain. However trust is the effective condition for advancing cooperative. We analyze the Supply Chain partnership; discuss the development and important meaning of it in Supply Chain; prove that cooperation is the best strategy while enterprises measure the short-term payoffs and long-term payoffs pass many times repeated games. And the trust is a core concept in this paper. The trust not only a psychology concept, a sociology concept, an organization management concept; but also an important concept, when cooperation associate connect with each other in Supply Chain. This paper analyses the conduct of cooperation associate in Supply Chain, then gains a conclusion that trust is a key when cooperation relationship was constituted between cooperation associate.(2) We analyze the actuality of contract mechanism; find that there are many problems in Supply Chain, when enterprises adopt contract mechanism. Aiming at solving the problem, we describe a trust group cooperation mechanism based on Multi-Agent in supply chain. In our trust group, there are no contracts. The enterprises maintain by trust. And according to contribute of each agent, we allot the payoff follow the allotment ratio. Besides we establish an Agent model; analyze the influence of such elements as trust, fraud, risk to trust group in Supply Chain. Then, we can see that the trust group cooperation mechanism is excelled than contract mechanism from simulation result.(3) How to advance cooperation is a central discussion in studying of the trust of partners based Multi-Agent in Supply Chain; and trust management is the most important essential which need to consider in the cooperation of Multi-Agents. We deeply study the trust issue; analyze the essentiality of trust in cooperation. The analysis and definition of trust management model based on system, which we will study later, should be achieved by a psychological analysis of the people in the process of their making decisions. In this trust management model, the initialize trust value is not decided statically, which is calculated by fuzzy algorithm for improving its veracity. And this model adds to an independent module. The module validates the reliability of trade history information for preventing occur cheat. Finally, we simulate the model used the JADE which is a Multi-Agent simulation tool. And follow the data analyze, we can prove that the cooperation efficiency of every agent will rise consumedly under the trust management mechanism. The last part of the thesis summarizes the whole study and gives some suggestions for the future research in the field of studying the trust of partners based Multi-Agent in Supply Chain. |
