Comparative Analysis Of The Transformation Degree Of Economic Growth Pattern Among Guangdong, Jiangsu, And Zhejiang

Research on the Economic Growth Pattern is the hot spot and also the key point in current economical circle, but the domestic research on this field still mainly carry on Marx and Eastern Europe's extensive - intensive pattern, which is insufficient at the research on its multi-dimensions and complex characteristic. The western research is quite broad in this field, which could help us understand the economic growth pattern,but it is ofen quite enough in its qualitative analysis while inadequate in the mensurable quantitive analysis, especially when it comes to the transformation degree of some concrete economical entity's economic growth pattern, it lacks a feasibal assessing method.This paper synthesises the merits of both the Eastern and Western theory of economic growth pattern, and comprehensively studies Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang's transformation degree of economic growth pattern, attemptting to fix each degree, and searching after the experience and the insufficiency of each province's growth pattern, aiming to provide references for speeding up transformation of economic growth pattern.Firstly, this paper analyses new change and new situation of our country's economic development under current internal and external environment, and its deep influence to our country's economic growth. And, it proved the necessity and pressure to transform the economic growth pattern fastly and effectively for achieving the stable and healthy development of our economic, and dealing with the challenge from international economy.Secondly, to deepen the research, this article keeps away from the Marx-Eastern Europe's sole pattern, instead, it classifies the economic growth pattern from four different angles. That is:Constructing the intensive and extension economic growth on the basis of economic growth's cost or essential factor; Constructing the investment-impetus and consumption-drawing economic growth pattern on the basis of economic growth's structure; Constructing the government leading and market leading economic growth pattern on the basis of economic growth's system; Constructing the developing and the under-developing pattern of economic growth on the basis of economic growth's essence.Thirdly, based on such index system designing principles as the key principle, the concise principle,the multi-dimension principle,and the operatable principle, this paper constructs four sets of practive , operatable and comprehensive index system. Collectting corresponding data from Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang Province, this paper takes a scientific and systematical analysis of the these three provinces'transformation degree of economic growth pattern in the period"nine-five"and"ten-five".Finally, this article makes a thorough analysis of the data obtained by index systems, and gives a comparison to find out the superiority and inferiority of each province's economic growth pattern, then puts forward politic proposals.
