Research On Overseas Mergers And Acquisitions And International Competitiveness Of SOE By Central Government

The SOE by central government in the national economy occupies a very important position, directly related to national economy. Improving the international competitiveness of the SOE by central government to be strong in the challenges of multinational corporations, is important to both government and enterprises. Most of the SOE by central government is the leading enterprises, leading businesses of their industry. Strength of the competitiveness of SOE by central government directly relate to China's overall competitiveness of the industry upgrade, which is also China's comprehensive national strength and competitiveness in the world economic stage of expression.Chinese scholars to study the competitiveness of enterprises has been very good, but study on the international competitiveness of the SOE by central government is relatively a few, while study on overseas mergers and acquisitions with the international competitiveness of SOE by central government is blank. In the background of world economic integration, global M&A happened repeatedly, overseas mergers and acquisitions have increasingly become the focus of global attention, and the relationship between them have become more and more concerned by enterprises and investors. Research on the relationship between the international competitiveness and overseas mergers and acquisitions in China will be needed by both enterprises and even our governments.In this paper, SOE by central government to collect the relevant data and the use of SPSS 11.5 statistical software for data analysis, evaluation of SOE by central government and the international competitiveness of the extent of mergers and acquisitions, and further analysis of the relationship between the two. Final results showed that the relationship between the two is not significant, overseas mergers and acquisitions can not effectively improve the enterprise's international competitiveness.The innovation of this article: getting China's SOE by central government relevant data, using the scientific method to assess the competitiveness of the SOE by central government,; collecting datas of China's SOE by central government overseas acquisition, and strive to find the relationship of the SOE by central government and their overseas mergers and acquisitions in the international competitiveness.
